Bounce Back Newham

Bounce Back Newham promotes well-being and emotional resilience in 10 to 16-year-olds in the London Borough of Newham.

Funded by The Big Lottery, Bounce Back Newham it provides a short course for school children at risk of developing mental health issues. The two month programme encourages pupils to plan and reflect on their resilience and to find personal strategies to deal with the challenges they might encounter.
